Processing & Shipping

Every piece is made to order, which means your shirt is created especially for you after you place your order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.

Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your package is on the move.

A little extra wait means less waste, and a shirt made just for fellow pop culture obsessives.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your order! If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email contact@joyfullyembroidery.com with your order number and reason for the return or exchange.

Please Note:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We do not offer free returns or free exchanges.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once your return is received, any eligible refund will be issued to your original payment method.
